Forest School

What is Forest School?
Forest School is an all year-round programme designed for children who will begin school the following September. We offer a safe outdoor learning environment off-site, where children can explore and learn in nature’s classroom. This programme fosters confidence, resilience, self-esteem, creativity, and the ability to take risks—essential components for building a solid foundation for children's learning.

Research now backs up what forest school practitioners have known all along – that children and young people are stimulated by the outdoors, and our association offers this opportunity with a dedicated Forest school team.

Forest School is conducted within a secluded and secure wooded site spanning 4 acres and is nestled within a peaceful residential area.

The children will be collected from their setting and taken to the location on our own minibus. The Forest School team will accompany them on their journey.
