Our Team

Every team member contributes unique skills and energy to our group, and anyone who joins us embarks on a journey of discovery—both in their interactions with the children and in their own personal and professional growth. We strongly believe in the importance of continuous learning from one another as we work towards our shared visions and goals.

Our team comprises over 40 staff members. We take great pride in the fact that the general manager and the managers of all three settings hold degrees in Education Studies and Early Years. This higher level of qualification ensures that our staff are surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and experience.

The Eastwood Community Playgroup Association collaborates with an apprenticeship scheme and has appointed a dedicated training manager to oversee this initiative. We are committed to supporting our practitioners in becoming the best they can be for our children.
